To register and maintain an active Account on kk99c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You do not currently hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds for all transactions. Third-party deposits and proxy betting are strictly prohibited.

Registration on kk99c requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You undertake to notify kk99c promptly of any changes to this information.

Upon submission of your registration details, kk99c will conduct identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account. kk99c employees will never request your password. kk99c supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of RM 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of confirmed transaction.

Users may request withdrawals of real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard AML requirements.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. kk99c will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of demonstrable system error or where the underlying event is cancelled or voided by the applicable governing body.
• In the event of a system error or technical fault that results in incorrect odds being displayed, kk99c reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and refund the relevant stake amounts.
• kk99c reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, void suspicious bets, or refuse wagers at its sole discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns or potential match manipulation is suspected.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to event developments, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. Bets placed immediately before suspension will be processed at the available odds at the time of placement.
• For casino games and slots, the published RTP figures are theoretical and based on long-run statistical performance. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kk99c Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kk99c.

Class action arbitration and class action litigation against kk99c are expressly waived by all users.
